NHÂN VIÊN KẾ TOÁN (JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT)

Mô tả Công việc

Role Purpose:

Support the Finance & Accounting team in day-to-day bookkeeping, document checking and basic tax & reporting tasks in compliance with Vietnamese regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily accounting transactions in the accounting software (AP, AR, Expense).
• Check and file invoices, receipts and payment documents properly.
• Support preparation of VAT, PIT and other tax reports as guided by the Chief Accountant.
• Check input + output VAT invoices for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in preparing data for audits, inspections and internal reviews.
• Assist in reconciling supplier and customer balances.
• Follow up with suppliers/customers on missing documents when needed.
• Maintain proper filing (physical + electronic) of accounting and tax documents.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Chief Accountant.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field. 
• Basic knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and tax regulations (VAT, PIT, CIT is a plus).
• Good skills in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting softwares (MISA, Fast, SAP or similar is a plus)
