Perform recruitment process includes monitor the Manpower Requisitions, job postings, selection, interview arrangement, job offer and acceptance, orientation, update employees’ record etc.
Provide day to day local HR operations support including onboarding & offboarding.
Assist in training process includes monitor the training requisition, source for training courses, update training records includes internal/external trainings and on-the-job trainings.
Handle and manage government training grant applications. Assist in preparing for in-house training such as refreshments, setting up training venue, etc.
Checking and updating daily attendance of employees
Preparation of HR-related reports
Ensure employee disciplinary matters are properly handled and record
Handling full spectrum of oversea employee support including new application, renewal of work permit, per diem, temporary residence card, purchase of insurance, transportation and dormitory-related matters
To support HR activities such as festive celebration, annual dinner, CSR, town hall meeting, etc.
Handling hotel/transport booking for employees on business trip including air-ticket and visa
Perform other related duties as required by line manager

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, BA or related fields
2 to 3 years’ HR in manufacturing industry
Attention to detail, high integrity, able to work independently
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office applications
