1. Operations Admin:
- Follow meeting schedule, book meeting room, preparing meeting room.
- Ensure accuracy in payment for business expense claim back
- Manage taxi card, record information and summary report
- Control, manage, payment monthly for operations expense as: stationery, drinking water, courier express, utilities and other fees
- Ensure accuracy and on time in payment of operation expense of stores in Operations
- Prepare equipment for new store opening - Guide store and Operations Team about payment process
- Key contact point, coordinator in any problems related to internet, store tracking and other department
- Weekly Store visits to review store performance and provide timely support to the store, ensuring the best store operation possible.
2. Supporting tasks:
- Support paperwork for Operations team (if any)
Other tasks assigned by line manager
- Relevant Experience: At least 2 years working experiences in Admin position
- Ability to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situations.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Highly responsibilities and result oriented.
- Put Customer services first mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
