Key responsibilities
- Receive work from management, deploy and coordinate implementation teams, intervene when there are problems, ensure overall progress
- Connect within the team, work with relevant departments, handle problems to ensure production progress
- Drive advancements in packaging designs, materials, and processes to enhance cost-effectiveness and production efficiency
- Receive tasks from management, organize, and deploy them to the team
- Monitor and report the team's work progress, assess, identify issues, propose solutions, report to management to ensure the overall team progress
- Communicate with relevant departments, provide technical advice, and solve problems to ensure production progress
- Connect team members, listen, share, advise, and ensure the spirit and efficiency of the entire team
- Receive tasks from managers/leaders and execute them according to the required plan/timeline
- Report, update progress after completing tasks or when facing issues that require consultation.
- Design and create packaging drawings using Inventor
- Develop packaging prototypes for new products according to international standards
- Research and develop new materials and structures for packaging application
- Improve packaging processes and structures to reduce costs and increase production efficiency
- Technical consultation and problem-solving to ensure production progress
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Key skills and experience
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Industrial Design, Furniture Engineering, or a related field
- Above 2 years of relevant work experience in packaging and furniture packaging (structure, materials)
- Above 1 year of leader level, must have experiences in INDESIGN
- Knowledge in the packaging field (including structure, products, technical specifications)
- Communication and problem-solving skills
- People connection and teamwork skills
- Responsibility and ability to handle pressure
- Listening, understanding, and sharing skills
- Learning agility, curiosity for new things
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Using Inventor for at least 6 months - 1 year
- Using Illustrator
- Office computing (Excel)
- Basic English
