· Act as a personal assistant cum sales assistant to the Business Director.
· Manage the BD’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
· Assist the BD for translation and interpretation during his meeting with Customers in the field and as well as with employees for all his meetings on daily basis.
· Coordinate with Sales team on daily basis.
· Prepare and manage correspondences, reports, draft contracts, letters and other documents.
· Fixing and scheduling meetings for BD with customers and clients via telephone call and Social media contact (FB).
· Liaising with relevant individuals, external organizations to arrange meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, summarize.
· Making travel / business trip arrangement for BD. Assisting with budget records and claims, support in finding relevant vendors for sales and marketing purposes.
· Go visit customers with BD and provide translation and interpretation.
· Assist HR in post job, screen CVs, and arrange interviews
· Prepare and manager reports, meetings, on weekly and monthly basis.
· Other tasks assigned by BD.
