1. Manage brand's quality performance specification, work with third party testing partners and internal teams to collect material/finished shoe quality test information, updated brand’s physical test standard.
2. Provide training and conduct auditing to make sure material suppliers and shoe factories following brand’s Physical test program.
3. Monitor materials and finished shoes physical testing, work with internal teams make sure materials and finished shoes meet brand’s requirements in each stages.
4. Collect samples and conduct random test to verify the materials/ finished shoe meet brand’s requirements, provide solution on testing failure.
5. Support department head and the counterparts in headquarter to achieve company and department’s KPI. Actively undertake tasks which required by superior

10+ years experience in material/ finished shoe physical testing in third party lab

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)

Independent working ability

Good communication skill

Project management skill
