Plant Manager

·         Lead and manage daily plant operations: production, maintenance, quality control , logistics , and warehouse and   other supporting functions as applicable

·         Develop and execute production plans to meet customer requirements, delivery schedules, production capacity, and business targets

·         Set up, monitor and control team performance included but not limited as task completion, KPI target , daily /weekly/monhtly activities of team member,

·         Optimize machine utilization, manpower allocation, production flow, and manufacturing capacity, OEE, output per labor hour, and machine utilization

·         Monitor production performance and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime, bottlenecks, and production losses.

·         Delivery  : On-time delivery  and production schedule adherence

·         Quality Management & Customer Satisfaction: Ensure compliance with applicable customer, regulatory, and company requirements, control  Customer complaints, defect rate, scrap, and rework

·         Cost Control & Business Performance: Develop and manage the plant operating budget in line with business objectives .monitor manufacturing costs, labor productivity, material consumption, overtime, scrap, and operating expenses.

·         Analyze plant performance and prepare regular operational

·         Maintenance & Asset Management: reduce unplanned downtime and improve equipment reliability, technology upgrades, and capital expenditure requirements.

·         People Leadership & Organization Development: Establish clear performance objectives, accountability, and succession plans for key positions. Optimize manpower planning, workforce productivity, skills development, and training.

·         Safety, Compliance & Sustainability: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant management systems and  Recordable incidents and safety action closure.

·         Continuous Improvement: Lead Lean Manufacturing, Establish standardized work procedures and effective performance monitoring systems, Use production data and root-cause analysis to improve quality, efficiency, cost, and delivery performance

• At least 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in printing, labels, packaging, or converting.
• At least 3–5 years in a Plant Manager, Manufacturing Manager, or equivalent leadership position.
• Proven experience managing production teams, multiple manufacturing processes, and plant-level performance
• Experience in label printing technologies, particularly Offset, and/or Digital Printing,RFID,  is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of production planning, capacity management, OEE, quality systems, cost control, and preventive maintenance
• Familiarity with D365/ ERP systems and manufacturing performance reporting
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive accountability
• Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good English communication skills for reporting and collaboration with regional or global management, Cantonese/Chinese  is refered .
