### Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct research and assess the market and customer demographics to pinpoint trends and opportunities for potential new products in the US market.
- Evaluate the viability of proposals for new product development.
- Utilize and implement new technologies to enhance existing products.
### New Product Development
- Establish strategic objectives and plans for new product development informed by data and market research.
- Collaborate with Design, Content, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth production and product launch processes.
- Track, assess, and evaluate products using business performance metrics, conversion rates, and customer consumption patterns.
- Foster a continuous innovation process within the team to refine products.
### Product Launch and Adjustment
- Create a comprehensive strategy and plan for launching new products.
- Regularly assess and modify the product development strategy based on outcomes following the launch.
- Ensure accurate storage and management of all documentation and reports related to products and development processes.
- Carry out additional tasks as directed by the Direct Manager.
### Team Management and Training
- Lead and enhance the team’s capabilities in research, market analysis, and product development.
- Inspire and promote creativity within the team, ensuring a supportive and efficient work environment.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally with a focus on the US market.
- Expertise in market research and analysis.
- Thorough knowledge of product development and branding strategies.
- Strong skills in risk management and data analysis.
- Proficient in analytical tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Effective reading and writing abilities in English.
- Capable of systemic thinking, creativity, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Skills in employee management and development.
- Proactive, determined, and disciplined approach to work.
