Product Manager

About the role 

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong focus on Product and Project Management with technical background to join our dynamic team. 

Job Responsibilities 

1. Pre-Sales & Requirements Discovery – Support pre-sales discussions by understanding partner and business needs, clarifying business models and requirements, and developing product proposals, user journeys and business requirement documents (BRDs).
2. Product & Market Research – Conduct local market, user and competitor research to identify customer needs, market opportunities and product-market fit in Vietnam, and translate insights into product recommendations.
3. Scope & Requirements Management – Act as the key product point of contact for Vietnam requirements, working closely with Commercial, insurers, partners, users and R&D teams to define, validate and prioritise product requirements and project scope.
4. Product & Project Delivery – Drive end-to-end product and project delivery by coordinating across internal teams, insurers and external partners. Proactively manage dependencies and ensure required documents, APIs, feedback and approvals are provided on time to keep projects on track.
5. Post-Launch Management – Monitor product performance and gather post-launch feedback from users, partners and business teams. Communicate insights and improvement opportunities to relevant business and platform product stakeholders.
6. Product Operations & Enablement – Ensure operational readiness for new product launches by training and supporting Customer Service, Finance and other relevant teams on product knowledge, user journeys, purchasing processes, reconciliation and related operational workflows.
7. Product & Project Success Management – Define and track relevant product and business success metrics. Collaborate across teams and stakeholders to analyse performance, identify root causes of issues and drive continuous product and process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Project Management certification is a plus.
• At least 5 years of product management experience, with a strong technical background. Experience in IT or financial services industries preferred.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello) and data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Metabase, Apache Superset).
• Familiarity with AI tools and workflows (e.g., LLMs/SLMs, AI-assisted workflows and rapid prototyping, automated documentation etc.) to enhance product discovery, project efficiency, and data analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving, risk management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strategic thinking and leadership with a sense of entrepreneurship and strong passion for success and independence.
• Result-oriented and able to operate within a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage and influence in a matrix organization (cross-functional) with multiple stakeholders and levels of alignment, including senior business leaders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to learn quickly and work under pressure.
• Experience in Agile product development and teams (Confluence and Jira) is a strong plus.
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with regional teams, clients, and external partners.
