As a Product Operations Coordinator, you will manage the end-to-end processes that bring a product from concept to launch. Your role ensures seamless execution, timely deliveries, and cross-functional alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Product Calendar Management Develop and maintain a master timeline for all SKUs, including mainline products, gift-with-purchase items, promotional sets, and VM props. Ensure deadlines are tracked and met across all departments.
Sample & Approval Coordination Monitor the full sample lifecycle (Prototype → SMS → PPS), gather feedback, escalate cost concerns, and prepare approval decks for leadership sign-off.
Launch Execution Readiness Ensure all launch components are finalized on time: POs issued, barcodes activated, VM kits packed, store briefings completed, and accounting codes correctly set—no last-minute surprises.
Cross-Functional Alignment Lead a 30-minute weekly sync meeting with Design, Buying, Marketing, and Trade teams. Summarize key action items and follow-ups clearly by the end of the day.
Product Data Management Own item master data in LS Central, ensuring accuracy for attributes, pricing, promotion flags, and MOQ changes across all systems.
Promotional & Gift Logistics Coordinate forecasts, inbound schedules, warehouse planning, and in-store allocations for all promotional items and free gifts.
Sales Performance Insights Track sell-through rates by product style and launch window. Provide actionable insights to Product Development and Trade teams for future releases.
