Prepare and update the daily and weekly Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on sales orders, demand forecasts, and business priorities.
Monitor production progress and ensure the on-time completion of finished goods (FGs).
Coordinate with the Production, Warehouse, Purchasing & Materials, Product Development & Innovation, and Quality & Compliance teams to ensure material availability and effective planning for mock-ups, samples, warranty, and repair items.
Track, analyze, and report key planning KPIs, including plan vs. actual, production output, backlog, schedule adherence, and on-time delivery performance.
Follow up on material shortages, delivery delays, and production issues; propose and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain accurate planning data in SAP and Excel, ensuring all related records, documents, and planning files are up to date.
Support S&OP and MPS meetings by preparing planning reports, analyses, and meeting summaries.
Ensure all planning activities comply with company SOPs, ISO, and IMS requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in production planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in data analysis and reporting.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP is preferred).
Strong analytical, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
