Project Management Intern

Location: Anna Building, Quang Trung Software City, District 12, HCMC

Working time: 08:00 am to 05:50 pm, Monday to Friday

Internship duration: 3-6 months

What You’ll Experience

• Assist in documenting project requirements, schedules, and reports.
• Support workshops, meetings, and stakeholder communications.
• Help track risks, issues, and milestones.
• Collaborate with development, testing, infrastructure and related teams.
• Contribute to monitoring project execution and reporting.
• Participate in technical and business discussions.
• Assist in preparing governance and compliance documentation.

What We’re Looking For

• Final-year Student or recent graduate in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of project management concepts (Agile/Scrum preferred).
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Curious, proactive, and excited to grow in a fast-moving tech environment.
• English proficiency (IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent).
• Availability for full-time internship (expected 4-5 days/week).
