Lead the Project, ensuring clear communication between all stakeholders, including sales, technical support, production, and training teams.
Coordinate with the Technical Coordinator to address technical bugs and new feature requests, ensuring issues are correctly tracked and resolved.
Oversee the work of production and sales teams to update and maintain the experience library of new platform.
Monitor the integration between different platform of Easia travel.
Technical Follow-Up:
Evaluate and identify whether technical issues reported by sales teams are user errors, real bugs, or missing features.
Design and manage the process for reporting bugs and feature requests
Work closely with the Easia Technical Coordinator and project team to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Production & Content Management:
Collaborate with Production Leader to monitor and update the production content across all destinations.
Oversee the tracking and implementation of New Experience Requests and Experience Modifications
Ensure consistency of content across destinations
Client Onboarding & Support:
Develop and implement a clear Client Onboarding Procedure, including a Client Onboarding Request Form and detailed workflow
Prepare checklists for sales teams to ensure all necessary steps are completed before onboarding new clients.
Create and send template emails to announce the onboarding and activation of new client accounts.
Maintain client relationships by ensuring ongoing support and regular communication for training and feedback.
Training & Communication:
Ensure that internal teams (sales, production, reservation, contracting, project Team) and external stakeholders (hotels, suppliers) receive proper training on the new platform.
Collect feedback from internal and external users to continuously improve the platform's performance and user experience.
Consulting and validate guideline for internal process relate to new platform.
Reporting & Documentation:
Ensure that all technical and production activities align with the overall business objectives and timeline.
Monthly meeting with Country Directors and General director.
Monthly update of the department report to Country Directors.
Manage the project team
Manage project team in Vietnam
+ Weekly meeting with Team.
+ Review the workload of Vietnam team
+ Assign tasks to Vietnam team
+ Evaluate staff performance of the each member in Vietnam Team
Supervise the project Team in other Destination (Thailand, Laos, Cambodia)

Strong understanding of travel industry operations, especially in tour and product management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, IT or a related field.
Experience in project management within the travel industry or software development.
