QC Staff (Site)

Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a QC Staff (Site, $1100, ID21390)

• Review project requirements and clarify any unclear technical issues before carrying out inspection activities.
• Prepare Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and submit inspection reports to the Owner and Consultant in accordance with project specifications.
• Ensure that all incoming materials and equipment comply with approved specifications, standards, and project requirements.
• Conduct inspections of fabricated equipment at vendors' workshops, including steel tanks, FRP tanks, piping, and other mechanical equipment.
• Inspect on-site installation work to verify compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and applicable standards.
• Perform inspections, including visual examinations, dimensional measurements, testing, and functional checks to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Inspect welding activities and verify compliance with applicable welding procedures, codes, and industry standards.

• Male, aged 24 years or above.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following majors: Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Chemical Machinery Engineering (Process Equipment/Chemical Mechanical Equipment), Welding Technology Or other related engineering disciplines.
• Good command of English
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience working as a QC at construction/project sites.
