- Creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies & plans across online and offline and campaigns to promote our product in Vietnam.
- Lead the planning and execution of new product launches 360 degrees across platforms in collaboration with product & sales and HQ Marketing Teams.
- Manage and strengthen the brand identity of us, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
- Responsible for creating online & offline marketing materials including but not limited to product pages, leaflets, POP’s, product stands, social media contents etc.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives and maximize ROI inline with company business goals.
- Responsible for media buying activities online & offline.
- Developing Marketing Benchmarks for Vietnam.
- Creating pre/post campaign analysis for marketing investments.
- Managing agencies/vendors and keep good relationship with them.
- Work closely with HQ Brand & digital marketing teams with set guidelines.
- Responsible for managing the marketing team.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of online & offline marketing "Management" experience in manufacturing company of Home appliances.
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- English: Upper intermediate is necessary
