To expand our Seaweed category, we are looking to hire someone with experience in seasoning. We want to leverage that experience to quickly respond to the market.
'The role takes part in product development and production scale up along with daily execution of R&D related lab activities. Responsible for managing, following up schedule and coordinate with other departments in implementing a project.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop new food products, improve current products and food process technology: implement necessary experiments to develop recipe and arrange session to evaluate product samples (prepare lab scale sample, control lab scale recipe and keep record of lab scale sample, prepare tasting session for new product)
- Manage schedule and coordinate with other departments in implementing a project: prepare technical documents, raw materials and take part in industrial scale test of new/current products.
- Conduct necessary experiments to determine shelf life of product (keep shelf life test sample with correct scheme, follow up shelf life test samples, prepare tasting and analysis shelf life test sample)
- Technical support for quality matters, production troubles, and customer requirements, etc.
- Other tasks as assigned by the manager.
*Work at Can Giuoc, Long An factory (16km from HCMC), shuttle bus supported

- A Bachelor degree or equivalent. - Graduate majored in Food Technology or related fields.
- At least 3 year of experience in food researching & developing.
- Good knowledge and expertise about culinary, production process and sensory evaluation etc.
- English ability: strong in reading and speaking.
- Good Team-Player. - Effective communication, self-study, problem-solving. - Time management.
