Sales
- Find, develop and maintain relationship with homeowners wanting to sell/lease their apartments/villas.
- Find, handle and follow up with potential property buyers for apartments/villas.
- Consult and introduce real estate services plus new and resale apartments/villas to customers.
- Support and contribute to marketing activities, content and materials.
- Survey, collect and update information on latest product and market trends.
Sales management
- Recruit and manage a sales team.
- Mentor, teach and train new sales employees.
- Maintain working relationship with real estate developers.
- Report and update sales activities with leads/customers.
- Take on other responsibilities as required and assigned by the Company.
Job Requirement
- University or College Degree
- Minimum 3 years’ experience on apartment/villa sales AND reselling properties in the secondary market
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing a real estate sales team
- Willingness to occasionally participate in networking, business and social activities outside of regular working hours.
- Willingness to meet customers for work on weekends.
- Take initiative and responsibility for assigned sales targets (individual and team).
- Pro-active, self-motivated, flexible, good team spirit
- Good English proficiency to handle foreign customers
- Excellent interpersonal skills
