Key areas of responsibilities include but are not limited to:
As A Customer Service and Receptionist, your role is to provide a level of customer service and face-to-face engagement unsurpassed in the hospitality industry. In every sense, you are the ‘face’ of Cobi Towers and Cobi Work for all members, so you must maintain that proactive, professional, innovative, customer service-led persona at all times, to facilitate our individual member and overall community experience.
Responsibilities
- Keep Information desks in a clean and tidy condition.
- Always keep uniform in good condition, grooming, posture and wear make up to reflect the professional image of the building.
- Always welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone in a friendly attitude.
- Record and monitor visitors’ access into and out of the Towers on visitor logbook as required.
- Receive tenant service requests/ complaints, record them on the logbook and forward it immediately to the in-charge person/ department
- Maintain continuation and completion of works by documenting, communicating and following up actions.
- Maintain high awareness on security related matters and ensure all activities comply with Cobi Tower’s policy, regulations, and procedures.
- Receive mail for the Management Office from the Postman/ Security Guard.
- Handover mail to the Postman for delivery and record in the “MAIL OUT” Logbook.
- Proactively anticipate and respond to Cobi’s members’ and guests’ needs or queries
- Constantly identify opportunities to connect with our members and otherwise, to further add value to their experience
- Manage both office units and telephone systems set up and requests for all members
- Giving support to Events and Community activities arrangement for members
- Manage all secretarial, administration, postage, courier or other arrangements for all members as requested. Ensure that all requests are met to the best of your professional knowledge
- Conduct seamless check in & check out process for all members
- Handle all telephone calls in a professional and efficient way, maintaining that professional, customer service-led persona
- Collaboring with IT team to resolve all basic IT issues as occur in the centres;
- Develop and maintain third party vendor relationships, to further add value to the centre operations and our member’s experience
- Continually look to create opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell to our members to help drive revenue
- Provide valuable holistic support to all local Operations to maximize profitability, efficiency and productivity
- Execute other tasks as assigned by Property Manager/ GM.
Education Level Required: Diploma Degree or above.
Professional designations: Operation/ Property Executive, Leasing executive, FO staff, Engagement Associate in office building, hotel... (from or above 1 year of experience and above).
Work Experience Required:
- Demonstrate good verbal and written English skills. (Mandarin is acceptable).
- Demonstrate good communication skills.
- Have a teamwork spirit and strong work ethics.
- Possess an ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
- Be willing to learn new functions, procedures and recognize opportunities to improve.
