JOB PURPOSE

- Take responsibility in execution of the research and securing the quality of the research

KEY ACTIVITIES

1. Support research activities by coordinating and monitoring trial execution at the research farm to ensure compliance with research protocols and quality standards.

2. Collect, organize, and prepare experimental data in collaboration with researchers to support research objectives and analysis.

3. Maintain accurate records and ensure all research data is readily accessible for reporting and evaluation purposes.

4. Collaborate closely with researchers, farm managers, technicians, and workers to improve research processes and trial quality.

5. Continuously develop and update nutritional and technical knowledge through company training programs and self-learning.

6. Perform administrative duties and other assigned tasks to support R&D operations.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Animal Nutrition, Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Agriculture, Aquaculture, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.

2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in a similar role is not required.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Good knowledge of statistical analysis tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

6. Good command of both Vietnamese and English.

7. Willingness to spend extended periods working at a research or trial farm.

8. Positive attitude, dependable, honest, diligent, and eager to learn.
