I: JOB DESCRIPTION
A. Sales Management:
-Responsible for developing and implementing realistic plans to achieve the retail store's business goals; execute, monitor, and achieve the store's business targets.
-Analyze business data/information and propose appropriate solutions to develop/improve such data/information.
B. Product Management / Store Visuals:
-Ensure the store layout and arrangement adhere to company guidelines.
-Responsible for planning weekly/monthly/quarterly activities for sales operations and developing the store's image.
-Control the store's inventory.
C. Personnel Management:
-Train sales staff: Understand the importance of training and coaching in sales skills to drive the company's sales targets.
-Plan and allocate tasks effectively within the store to ensure smooth operations.
-Resolve team personnel issues, foster cohesion, and create a positive and efficient work environment.
-Participate in recruiting staff for the store.
D. Customer Service:
-Adhere strictly to the company's customer service policies for the store.
-Resolve and manage customer service issues for the store, ensuring benefits and satisfaction for customers.
