Plays a key role in CFF commercial decisions & actions.
Manage Retail team
Lead the team to achieve Company sales objectives and growth targets .
Create A&P with the Marketing Manager within budget allocated and build business plan with suppliers.
Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled within a timely manner.
Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
Prospect for potential new key clients and turn this into increased business.
Sets and controls basic call procedures, frequency of visits to ABC type of customers; focus of sales activities to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales force.
Formulates strategies and action plans to achieve CFF sales and margin objectives.
Monitors sales team activity.
Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales.
Good communication, advice and negotiation skills.
Planning and implementation skills.
Management skills, training, staff development.
Meticulousness, focused on results, teamwork, high commitment.
Prior experience in MT channel sales.
Demonstrate sound work ethics.
Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
