Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Analyst to support our Failed Delivery and Customer Return (FDCR) operations. This role will be responsible for reconciling data across systems (platforms, warehouses, ticketing tools), building insightful dashboards, validating hypotheses, and delivering actionable insights to support business decisions and platform claims.
Responsibilities:
- Consolidate and reconcile data from platform reports, warehouse systems, and internal tools.
- Build and maintain dashboards and weekly/monthly FDCR performance reports.
- Conduct root-cause analysis on return issues, delays, or disputes.
- Support the Project Manager in testing and validating process improvement hypotheses.
- Assist in ad hoc analysis for platform claims, write-off prevention, and performance gaps.
- Propose data-driven actions to improve recovery and operational efficiency.
