Maintain monthly, weekly, and daily operation by:
1. Arrange business travel logistics and other trip for Head of RTC and Sales Capabilities & Change Management Manager
2. Follow up to track the Home Leave budget of Head of RTC and Sales Capabilities & Change Management Manager.
3. Manage all the payments of Sales Capability & EOE team: car rental, taxi, stationery, mobile phone fee, credit card & others.
4. Follow up the projects assigned by managers (include doing payment at the end)
5. Work with agencies to arrange Training classes, National Commercial Conference, and other company events & parties that assigned by managers.
6. Propose & manage the yearly budget of Sales Capability & EOE team.
7. Work with Business Controller to track the monthly expenses report of Sales Capability & EOE team, RTC dept. and monthly accrual report.
- University degree in Business Administration/Economics
- 1-2 years of experience - Structured, organized with great communicatoin skills.
- English speaking is a most
- Basic Office tools dominance (word, excel, powerpoint).
- Preferable experience with ExPat management: travel coordination, event planing and execution, budget management.
- Excellent connections and communication skills.
- Question and listening to understand needs.
