Sales Administrator

Job Description:

Support the Steel Wire Rope sales team in processing orders, preparing contracts, and tracking delivery progress. 

Manage and update customer data, contracts, and pricing related to steel wire rope products. 

Coordinate with related departments (warehouse, logistics, purchasing) to ensure smooth order fulfillment. 

Assist in preparing sales reports, inventory reports, and market analysis specific to steel wire rope products. 

Support customer inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules. 

Perform other administrative tasks related to the Steel Wire Rope sales department. 

Candidate Requirements:

College or university degree in Economics, Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. 

At least 6 months - 1 year of experience in Sales Admin, logistics, or related roles, preferably in industrial or steel-related businesses. 

Proficient in office software, especially Excel. 

Good English communication skills (both written and spoken) to handle international suppliers and customers. 

Good communication skills, detail-oriented, careful, and highly responsible. 

Knowledge of industrial products or steel wire rope is a plus. 

Experience with import/export documentation or logistics is an advantage.
