Job Description:
- Research and study the company's products to introduce, advise, and answer customer inquiries.
- Negotiate and discuss pricing and contracts with customers. Finalize the deal and assist customers in signing the contract.
- Monitor customer orders on a monthly and quarterly basis, according to commitments.
- Provide post-sales customer service and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Take care of current customers, seek new customer sources, build customer data, and expand relationships.
- Prepares sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Requirement:
- University graduated
- Spoken & Written English Fluently
- Experience: in B2B sales in technical and industrial sectors
- Have knowledge or interest in the Indian market. Experience in sales in the printing and packaging industry is a plus
- Skills: Problem Solving, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Verbal Communication
