Sales & Membership Consultant

What You'll Do

• Drive Sales & Conversion: Actively engage with prospects, conduct club tours, and close membership deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Consultative Selling: Listen to and understand each prospect's fitness goals, guiding them to the membership or class pack that best fits their needs.
• Lead Management: Diligently follow up with warm leads, inquiries, and trial members via WhatsApp, phone, and in-person to maximize conversion rates.
• CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all leads, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM/booking system.
• Collaborate for Success: Partner closely with the Marketing team to maximize promotional campaigns and with Coaches to ensure prospects have an outstanding trial experience before closing the sale.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years in sales or customer success. Experience in the fitness industry is a plus.
• Communication: Ability to communicate warmly, clearly, and genuinely in both Vietnamese and English.
• Organization: Comfortable using CRM or booking systems, Google Sheets/Excel, and maintaining accurate records.
• Mindset: Proactive, reliable, and motivated by helping people follow through. Open to working occasional evenings and weekends.
• People-first: Genuine enjoyment of talking to people and quick problem-solving skills for member needs.

Salary: 15,000,000 - 35,000,000 VND (Includes competitive base and performance-driven commission)
