Serve as the key account representative, managing customer relationships regarding sales budgets, sales forecasts, sales channel operations, sales support, and sales performance reviews.
Collaborate with the Accounting team to monitor distributors’ accounts receivable.
Research, analyze, and assess market information to develop Sales & Marketing plans that support customers/distributors in expanding sales channels and increasing sales volume, ensuring the company’s targets are met.
Work closely with the Marketing, Production, and Logistics teams to oversee and track purchase orders.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports as required.
Maintain regular communication with customers through phone calls, emails, fax, and visits, ensuring issues or claims are addressed and resolved promptly.
Oversee after-sales support by tracking purchase orders to ensure compliance with contract terms (including requirements, delivery, and payment schedules) and resolving any arising issues efficiently.
Conduct periodic market surveys on competitors, pricing, and products.
Organize seminars, incentive trips, and meetings for customers and distributors.
Provide reports to the Board of Directors (BOD), identifying process strengths and weaknesses and recommending improvements.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager and BOD.
