Planning to organize training programs (mainly Installment Loan product)
Direct or online training (60% - 70% of the work) from basic to advanced or upon request from the sales channel
Update training materials, video guideline when there is notice from Products team Propose, build promotions, commission policies, sales suitable for partners
Follow up trainees after training to improve quality
Market research, find out products from rival companies
Coordinate with the HOD to plan training programs
As arranged by Head of Installment Sales, or upper manager

Education level, certification:
Graduated from college or higher
Male / Female, from 28-34 years old.
Balanced appearance, good-looking.
Experience:
From 2 years to 5 years or more
Having experience in training Installment Loan is an advantage
Ability to organize, manage and solve problems
Skills:
Presentation skill, creating a lively training environment
Good communication, dynamic and creative
Basic communication english
Basic informatics (power point, video recording software…)
Working time:
At MAFC, we work 5 days per week (from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday)
