(Senior) Manager, Payment, Trade Finance and Treasury Services (PO/PM)

A. Key Accountabilities

1. Governance & Continuous Improvement & AI Transformation

·        Lead and manage AI/Digital Transformation projects within the Banking Operations domain, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational priorities.

·        Act as (PO) or (PM) in cross-functional projects involving AI, automation, workflow optimization, and data-driven solutions.

·        Coordinate with Business, Technology, Data, Risk, Compliance, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

·        Monitor project scope, timeline, budget, risks, dependencies, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

2. Team Management

·        Develop and implement training and development plans

·        Allocate work, manage performance, and ensure a capable workforce

3. Operations & Risk Management

·        Oversee daily operations across payments, remittances, trade finance, and treasury

·        Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and service standards (SLA, NPS, TAT, FTR)

·        Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks

·        Provide advisory support to business units and customers on products, regulations, and risk matters

·        Support product development and improve operational processes through automation and digitalization

4. Transaction Processing & Control

·        Manage and approve transactions including LC issuance, guarantees, collections (DP/DA), and domestic/international payments

·        Supervise trade finance activities (LC advising, confirmation, discounting, factoring) in line with bank policies

·        Control and authorize transactions on T24, including fees, limits, and related configurations

·        Oversee correspondent banking activities, Western Union services, and payment investigations

5. Treasury & Market Operations

·        Execute and control FX, Money Market, Derivatives, and securities (GTCG) transactions

·        Confirm trades, manage collateral, process settlements, and maintain transaction records

·        Handle bond trading (HNX), transfers, and related accounting activities

B. Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences Degree:

·        Bachelor degree with major in: economics, finance, banking, foreign trade …

·        Having experience in Project of banking domain: Role PO/Lead of Project/ Project Management
