We are on an ambitious journey to dominate not only Amazon‘s sporting goods market but also to enter new e-commerce markets from many regions like Canada, Europe, Japan. With our steady knowledge in E-commerce, Yes4All started to provide end-to-end ecommerce-enabler service in order to help Vietnamese and global manufacturers or struggling sellers bring their products to the US & International markets.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  1. Ensure the implementation of working records, and payroll calculation fully and promptly under regulations:
  • Ensure exact and full monthly working records of all departments.
  • Control and update any salary-related amounts including salary increases, social insurance, compulsory deductions, changes of personnel, and unpaid leave.
  • Calculate any amounts related to salary, wage including salary, overtime, taxes, additions, deductions and other related amounts.
  • Follow up closely to ensure salary payment progress on schedule.
  • Ensure salary data on the HR system fully and exactly.
  • Support to answer employees’ concerns related to their salary.
  • Manage file documentation related to monthly salary as payroll sheet, working record, commission, and deductions according to internal regulations.
  • Manage/create reports of annual leave, sick leave
  • Create salary reports, labor reports…
  1. Ensure tasks related to PIT are fully and promptly under current regulations
  • Consolidate and create monthly PIT reports for the whole company.
  • Consolidate and create annual PIT finalization for the whole company.
  • Register tax codes, dependents, and tax documents, and report PIT via online system.
  • Support to answer employees’ concerns about PIT.
  • Support to complete tasks related to Tax department.
  1. Ensure the implementation of social insurance tasks for employees are fully and promptly under current regulations including:
  • Create monthly reports of changes or immediately when necessary.
  • Reconcile monthly social insurance numbers to maintain accurate figures.
  • Manage and conduct social insurance-related procedures (issuing/ returning social insurance books, health insurance cards...) as well as optimize the social insurance benefits for employees (sick, maternity...)
  • Support to complete tasks related to Social Insurance Department.
  • Create insurance cost reports, insurance claim reports…
  1. Ensure personnel documentation is fully and exactly under regulations
  • Manage and ensure the personnel data precisely.
  • Manage probation employees, labor contract renewal, and employees’ status confirmation.
  • Issue decisions of appointment, dismission, and contract termination.
  • Manage and complete the resignation process under regulations.
  • Manage the filing of personnel documentation for the whole company.
  • Assist in building the HRIS system.
  • Supervisor to work with audit partners.
  • Assist in the implementation of policies/processes of relevant scope.

Other tasks required by line manager.

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor‘s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in C&B or Total Rewards roles.
  • Good Excel skills, familiar with HR software and systems.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Adapt to work under pressure & change environment.
  • Delicate and like to work with numbers.
