Mô tả Công việc

School Operations Management

  • Oversee student onboarding, class scheduling, tech clubs, and workshops.
  • Manage inventory of materials and ensure cleanliness of schools.

Academic Success Management

  • Handle teacher selection and ensure academic procedures comply with standards.
  • Implement corrective measures and request teacher training as needed.

Customer Experience Management and Commercial Support

  • Ensure effective parent-teacher communication and high satisfaction levels.
  • Support customer retention and student referrals; lead CX initiatives.

People Engagement and Development

  • Evaluate service team performance and ensure training compliance.
  • Drive staff engagement and maintain high morale.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Languages: Vietnamese and English proficiency at WSE Level 13
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years in the education industry
    • Minimum 2 years in a management role

Preferred:

  • Technical education background
  • Experience in a coding school
