ServiceNow Foundation Manager is responsible for the implementation, operation and maintenance of our company’s ServiceNow platform. They are expected to contribute to the improvement of business processes through system optimization and user support. He will also be involved in customizing and implementing new features to meet business needs.

You will build and operate IT service management for our company. Specifically,
Operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the ServiceNow platform
Responding to and supporting user inquiries
Design and improvement of processes and workflows
Define and implement requirements for adding new features and customizing
Data management and reporting, including dashboards
Regular system monitoring and performance analysis
Creating Related Documents (User manuals, technical documents, etc.)
Project management experience is better
Better if you have experience in managing the progress of members
Cooperation area Worldwide (Japan, United States, Europe, Greater China, ASEAN, South Korea, India)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an IT-related field
5 + years of experience in SaaS systems
5 + years of work experience (Requirements definition, design, implementation, testing, release, maintenance operations)
ITIL certification is even better
Understanding of web technologies such as JavaScript and HTML/CSS
Familiarity with system integration and APIs is desirable
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
English: business level (It’s better if you can speak Japanese.)
