Mô tả Công việc

1. Customer relationship development:

• Take care of existing and new customers to maintain good relationships for continuous business.

• Approach customers to introduce service package, update the relevant information about service package to customers.

• Plan and regularly organize new and relevant activities to improve customer relationships.

• Keep track, update and maintain customer list regularly for better customer relationship management.

2. Sales activities:

• Internal cooperation with product sales nation team to make bidding quotations, review service conditions and provide relevant service information at product sales stage.

• Follow up with current maintenance customers and renew contract.

• Make and propose quotations based on inspection or maintenance reports.

• Propose preventive/overhaul package or new solutions to customers.

• Look for new customers based on equipment base.

• Approach and propose customers service solution package.

• Coordinate with sub-contractors and spare parts team during site survey and making quotation.

• Prepare/ Review service contract with customer.

• Negotiate prices, sales term and conditions with customers.

• Prepare brochure, leaflet etc (promotion materials).

3. Other responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for AP Service sales in nation

• Coordinate with technical team and take admin responsibility to complete payment documents.

• Follow up to collect and report about account payables status (debt).

• Manage customer list, inquiry list, contract list and relevant sales data to make reports accordingly.

• Master the company's procedures and sale rules.

• Collaborate with other departments such as technical team, sales, accounting, legal,...to complete the works

• Gather market information and competitors.

• Other tasks as requirement.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Graduate from Economics, Engineering, HVAC major is a plus or Industrial fields with bachelor degree.

• Have technical knowledge or working experience is preferred.

• At least 2 years of sales experience, especially in service sales as well as management level if any.

• Fluent in Vietnamese and English.

• Good communication skill and presentation skills.
