This role supports store development projects by managing documentation, coordinating with departments, and tracking progress and payments, ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize project files, including payment contracts.
Liaise with internal departments to gather necessary information for assigned tasks.
Monitor file progress, ensuring completeness of contract details, blueprints, and project milestones.
Track payment progress of contracts.
Perform other tasks as required by department management and direct supervisor.
Assist with editing, printing project files and reports.
Monitor, coordinate, and schedule maintenance for stores.
Track files and payment progress of maintenance contracts for vendors.
Assist in comparing, reviewing, and verifying the volume of acceptance documents for New Store Opening as directed by the manager, and follow payment procedures.
Monitor files and payment progress of New Store Opening contracts for vendors at each stage.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Construction, Interior Design, Electrical Engineering, or related fields (BA, Accounting...)
Experience in a similar role within the F&B industry is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
Enthusiastic, meticulous, cheerful, sociable, good listener, eager to learn, and responsible for assigned tasks.
Ability to work independently and contribute to teamwork.
