- Plan and track the meeting of recruitment needs & approved personnel needs in departments, deploy for all departments to set up annual Manpower Plan (MP) and review / update periodically according
to company regulations, ensure compliance by departments
- Create and build the talent acquisition strategy for the entire company; multi-level hiring and people management
- Innovate on hiring practices by using new methods or channels. Keep a lookout for talent available in the market and plan accordingly
- Keep track of metrics on a weekly/monthly basis for reporting to the HRA / BODs
- Be able to organize and run hiring drives at college campuses / labor center
- Renovate and construct the Form / Process / Policy related to the talent acquisition
- Knowledge of Labor law
- Knowledge of Human Management, ISO system
- Knowledge of the Manufacturing Company
- Ability to work independently, interact and cooperate well
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good English skills
