The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for workforce recruitment planning; recruitment and selection of all level positions; recruitment budget management; recruitment team management and leadership for excellent performance.
A. FORECAST & PLANNING
Forecast recruitment for each project's needs and make appropriate recruitment plan
Plan the resourcing budget and manage the resourcing expenses
Conduct recruitment sourcing plan/ activities to build up the company brand and strengthen the candidate pool
B. TEAM MANAGEMENT
Supervise & lead TA team (4 - 5 members) to deliver qualified recruitment services to hiring departments
Manage team's performance (hiring fulfillment, SLA, quality of hiring, hiring cost) and propose appropriate action plan to ensure hiring fulfillment meets business needs
Manage the implementation of the recruitment process/ procedures/ policies with consistency & standard
Develop team by coaching, training, inspiring & fostering learning agility, following the performance of each member, coaching members, and building up the succession plan
C. TALENT ACQUISITION
Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations
Consult/ advise the Hiring Manager on any problems related to recruitment activities to maintain good relationships with the Hiring Department
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Strong communication skills in English.
At least 1 year of experience in the same position, with a proven track record of success in mass recruitment.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in the Recruitment field.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
