5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track recruitment metrics, analyze performance data, and provide insights to senior management.
Generate reports on hiring progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
6. Partner & Vendor Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies, service providers, and external partners to optimize talent sourcing.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including talent sourcing, interviewing techniques, and onboarding processes. - Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to recruitment performance optimization. - Minimum of 7 years of experience in mass recruitment. - At least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in security or related industries. - Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Proven ability to work under pressure and achieve recruitment targets within tight deadlines.
