- Optimize workflows and processes, and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the talent acquisition process, foster innovation and improvement to enhance the quality of services provided.
- Be responsible for gathering and analyzing data related to recruitment processes to provide valuable insights into areas for improvement and recruitment strategies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of talent acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and align with relevant laws and regulations to reduce the risk of legal issues or compliance violations.
- Hand joins in working with other departments to implement a new ATS system for technology advancement.

- Education: Bachelor degree
- Job Related Experience: At least 1 year of experience in HR Data Analyst, Workforce Planning, Project Management
- Business Understanding: HR, Data Analytics
- Be able to communicate fluently in English (both written and verbal)
- Technical skills: Excel, Power BI, Google Sheets, Lookers (Data Studio)
