FULL-CYCLE RECRUITMENT
- Review and follow up on recruitment requests to ensure headcount is within budget, requirements are reasonable, and information is complete.
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels (recruitment platforms, social media, networking, database) for interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring departments to arrange interviews and selection procedures, ensuring a smooth process and selecting the most suitable candidates.
- Implement post-interview processes (share interview results, job commencement notices).
- Handle the onboarding process and execute orientation training.
- Regularly engage with new employees, address their concerns, and promptly support or report issues to help them adapt and integrate into the workplace.
- Leverage social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, local community groups) to expand candidate reach and attract workers
- Ensure timely recruitment to meet production demands.
EMPLOYER BRANDING & TALENT ATTRACTION
- Plan and implement employer branding campaigns to attract talent and connect with candidates.
- Participate in job fairs, employer branding events, and university workshops (including preparing games, giveaways, and content).
- Manage the company’s Facebook Page and post regularly to increase engagement and grow the Page.
- Create high-quality content with attractive captions and appealing visuals.
CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE & PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
- Provide clear guidance and full support to candidates, especially workers, throughout the hiring process
- Suggest improvements to enhance candidate experience and recruitment efficiency.
- Represent the company in a professional manner to strengthen employer branding.
REPORTS & OTHERS
- Gather and review new employees’ profiles to ensure all required documents are complete according to company regulations.
- Ensure timely recruitment to meet production demands
- Prepare recruitment reports and propose timely solutions to ensure sufficient workers are hired on time.
- Join exit interviews to collect feedback, understand reasons for leaving, and suggest solutions to reduce turnover.
- Participate in activities to improve employee retention.
