Support teachers during classes, Fun Weeks, workshops, events, and Extra Activities.
Assist in reviewing students’ Sticker Books and learning materials.
Support tutoring sessions and some activities when required.
Help prepare classrooms, teaching materials, and learning resources before classes and events.
Support activity classes and other academic programs organized by the center.
Assist in monitoring student participation and engagement during lessons and activities.
Ensure students' safety and well-being while attending classes and center activities.
2. Student & Parent Experience Support
Welcome students and parents upon arrival and create a positive center experience.
Take care of students before and after class (including pick-up and drop-off students)
Support follow-up activities with parents under the guidance of the Academic or Service team.
Support teachers in tracking learning progress records, audio submissions, and student-related documentation once teachers have finalized the reports.
Support taking and sharing photos of classroom activities and events.
Provide information and support to parents regarding center activities and student participation.
Support students care during Educational Consultation (EC) sessions and enrollment activities.
3. Center Operations Support
Support center events, open days, marketing activations, and student engagement activities.
Assist with classroom decoration and learning environment setup.
Support administrative tasks and documentation as assigned.
Coordinate with Academic, Service, and Sales teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Perform other duties assigned by the School Service Manager/Supervisor.

Requirements:
Current college/university student or fresh graduate. Majoring in English Language, Education, Teaching, Linguistics, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields is preferred
Passionate about children's education and development.
Friendly, energetic, positive, and professional attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-service mindset with the ability to engage with children and parents.
Good English communication skills; clear pronunciation is preferred.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented and willing to learn
Availability: Available to work according to center operational schedules, including evenings and weekends when required.
