As a member of the Vietnam test team, you will perform product testing setup and operations of DC Power Supplies and other components. Power Supply testing requires analysis, debug skills and experience in this area is preferred. You will ensure that our products meet the specifications and customer requirements. You will join the team in a critical role as Test Engineer
Manages, plans, directs and coordinates activities of a group of technicians who are responsible for the design, development, and sustaining of test plan and methods, test hardware and software
Ensures that test specifications and methods are implemented effectively within time, cost and specification parameters.
Assures regular preventive maintenance and repairs of testing equipment.
Provides direction for testability and contributes to the overall quality of standard products Power Supply Unit (PSU).
Strong ability to diagnose Test setup with minimal direction.
Able to create test programs using NHR and Chroma System configuration.
From given test specifications and procedures, he had able to create wiring diagram and design a fixture for fabrication and setup.
Conduct qualification activities such as setup buy-off, GR&R and Cpk Analysis to ensure test setup is ready for production use.
Recommend improvements for test setup.
Prepare detailed reports and test procedures documenting the results, methods and equipment used in product evaluation.
Strong communication skills with peers, across shifts, and with support organizations.
Engage in process improvement teams and activities.

1-2 years of experience as Test Engineer in a similar Electronics company.
Graduate in Electrical/Electronics Technology or Electrical/Electronics Engineering,
Electronics test, troubleshooting, and repair experience
Experience testing and diagnosing electronic products, power supplies and related products.
Experience in handling different test equipment such as NHR and Chroma System.
Experience in different Problem-Solving Techniques as needed during machine troubleshooting.
Experience in different Lean Techniques
Ability to work from electrical schematics, change notices, and use standard electronic diagnostic equipment.
Military electronics experience is valued.
Ability to make common mechanical connections associated with power supply testing
Must be able to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) on both English and Vietnamese.
Knowledgeable on Windows applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
