As an Admin Intern, you will provide entry-level administrative support to the sales team. Key job duties may include:

• Updating sales records and documents accurately
• Conducting research and collating customer data
• Find out key contact person in clients' companies for business development activities
• Studying supporting the admin tasks of the Operation department such as scheduling, invoices, AAF Fees
• Supporting sales in digitalization tasks, record data
• Attending meetings and events to observe and learn
• Working with line manager to complete assigned tasks

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• 3rd or final year university student majoring in English, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
• Good in English and Microsoft Office skills
• Teamwork skills, eager to learn, comply with company's procedures/regulations
• Serious working attitude, punctuality.

Other informations:

• Working time: Monday - Friday (08.30AM - 05.30PM), at least 4 working days per week
• Internship period: 2-3 months
• Internship allowance: VND 100,000/day, 1 bottle of fresh milk/day
