Working Target: The Trade Marketing Executive ensures that all marketing activities are directed effectively, contributing to brand building and business development in the short and long term. The role is critical in ensuring the growth and visibility of Nabati’s products within the assigned region and overall business expansion.
Scope of Work: Assist in planning, deploying, and monitoring trade marketing strategies based on approved marketing plans to ensure Nabati’s visibility and availability across all channels within the assigned region.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day Management of Region:
Review and analyze daily sales reports and ROA (Return on Advertising) reports to track performance.
Track the performance of marketing programs in the region on a daily basis to ensure alignment with goals.
Conduct field checks to assess product visibility and availability in the market.
Hold regular meetings with Regional Sales Managers (RSM) and Trade Marketing Executives to review action plans for the upcoming days and adjust as needed.
Analysis, Planning, and Deployment:
Analyze regional performance based on sales reports, field checks, and other key data (4P mix, competitor analysis, etc.).
Work closely with the brand team to develop marketing campaigns tailored to customers (e.g., merchandising, activations, POSM).
Develop action plans to expand distribution channels in the region.
Deploy and execute approved marketing programs in line with company processes.
Monitor sales teams to ensure promotions are executed correctly and meet company criteria.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in Trade Marketing or a related field, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
Proficiency in English. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to new environments.
Creative mindset to come up with innovative marketing solutions.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external teams.
