As a Trade Marketing Supervisor, the role will be responsible for developing and executing integrated trade marketing plans, ensuring effective brand and product campaigns, and managing promotional activities within designated trade areas. Your role involves understanding market dynamics, mapping traffic generators, and overseeing the successful implementation of marketing programs. Additionally, you will play a key role in executive in new product launches, store openings, and the training and development of store marketing supervisors.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Integrated Trade Marketing: Develop comprehensive trade marketing plans aligned with product and brand campaigns, covering online, offline, and promotional activities.
Trade Area Mapping: Understand and map the traffic generators within each trade area to optimize marketing strategies.
Local & SW Promotion Management: Gain market insights and financial understanding to manage local and SW promotions effectively. Assist in demand forecasting and ensure the successful implementation and tracking of promotional programs.
Trade Area Activation and Activities: Plan and Manage all trade area activations and activities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
AEC Management: Oversee the management and monitoring of all POSM at stores.
Brand, Product campaigns, and new product Launches: Execute brand, product campaigns, and new product launches ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation.
New Store Openings: Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing activities for new store openings.
Training & Development: Train and develop team members and store marketing supervisors to enhance their skills and ensure alignment with marketing strategies.
