Mô tả Công việc

  1. Trade operation Manager:
  1. Deploy Trade program to Sales Field
  2. Follow up & Tracking Instore execution: Daily store visit, track ISE:
    • On-shelf-Availability / must have SKUs)
    • NPI ( new product innovation)
    • Merchandising ( POSM/ display)/ Visibility
  3. Track IFE ( In-Field Excellent) execution & give inputs to improve effectiveness of Activation programs:
  • Monitor compliance of Move check activation: Right areas / Right stores / Right execution (*)
  • Coordinate & supervise Rural programs: HCP Event, wet market program …
  1. Collaborate with Trade sales & Customer / Shopper Marketing to align areas of Field Improvement & ensure it’s well completed by Trade Sales/CMM as timeline: Frequently do fieldwork with RSM/Supervisors ( and/or by yourself) to discuss & align improvement.
  2. Explore insights/ understanding from Trade then translate it into Key Issues/ opportunities as inputs for new effective initiatives.
  1. Medical Marketing:
  • Convince and establish privileged relations with target Private Clinic / Hospital / Pharmacy in order to achieve sales.
  • Promote and sell Fonterra products to target audiences based on action plan and marketing plan.
  • Educate HCPs on the importance of nutrition on patient quality of life, and the role of Fonterra’s products in increasing quality nutrition, through effective detailing conversations.
  • To organize and attend the public relations’ event.
  • Collaborate with Sales team to support patient education regarding nutrition and Fonterra brands, to influence patient choice of nutrition products to meet key KPIs and targets as assigned
  • Leverage existing HCP relationships to increase awareness of and preference for Fonterra products among other HCPs, and to build new HCP relationship
  1. B2B Sales:

Collaborate & work with B2B customer to achieve monthly sales target; also explore the B2B segment to find the new customer for Fonterra

Work Experience

  • Minimum 7-8 years in sales / Trade department in a multinational company or nutritional products
  • Fluent in Engligh
  • Good in presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Able to work under high pressure and travel frequently.
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, and responsible
