The role
Reporting to the HCM Director, you own training and talent development for the whole factory — from identifying capability gaps to building the people who will run the plant in three years.

What you will do

• Run the training needs analysis with department heads and own the annual training plan, calendar and budget
• Design, facilitate and evaluate programmes for operators, staff and managers; build and certify an internal trainer pool
• Co-ordinate Functional Skilled Knowledge (FSK) and TAL Production System training with Group and department heads
• Lead the annual talent review: successors, key talent, individual development plans and targeted programmes
• Support the Performance Management Process as the input to development planning
• Measure training effectiveness and report progress, impact and budget usage to HRD and the MD
• Lead and coach the L&D team

What you bring

• 5+ years in Learning & Development/training, including 2+ years leading a team or owning the training function
• Strong skills in training needs analysis, programme design, facilitation and evaluation
• Experience with talent review, succession planning, IDPs and competency frameworks
• Good command of English — able to work with Group L&D and adapt English materials
• Experience in a manufacturing company (garment/apparel preferred) is an advantage
