1. Vai trò / Role:
Trưởng Phòng Sản Xuất & Đào tạo phối hợp với Trưởng phòng Sản xuất để đào tạo và thực hiện các quy trình sản xuất nhằm đạt mục tiêu năng suất của công ty.
The Production & Training Manager work with Production Managers to train and implement production processes to achieve company productivity goals.
Hỗ trợ, hướng dẫn và huấn luyện các Trưởng Phòng sản xuất giải quyết vấn đề, đào tạo và vận hành sản xuất các trại được giao. Phối hợp đào tạo đội ngũ kế thừa.
Assisting, guiding, and coaching the Production Managers with problem solving, training, and operational farm management assigned to them. Coordinating training the key team (next generation).
2. Nhiệm Vụ / Duties
Provides effective operational solutions for revenue enhancement, returns and COGS reduction to achieve financial targets.
Analyses all farming related activities data to determine progress toward stated KR and Farm’s goals (O)
Audit, tracking and reports on operational issues. Provide solution and confirms the timelines for completion the remaining problems.
Organize the implementation of the annual production plan for the farm cluster together with Production Assurance Coordination Director, and Business unit manager.
Monitors production data upper and lower critical limits and intervenes when needed to prevent losses for the company.
Suggest ideas review achievements and discuss required changes in goals or objectives resulting from current status and conditions.
Provides timely communication between the different operational and functional units within the business unit
Oversees adherence of all the SOPs across every production activity in the production system
Follows up on SOP currency, and timely distribution of SOP updates or changes with Technical Farming and the farms.
Participate in succession training and development programs (team training, guiding work/project projects) to ensure sustainable unit operation and development.
Coordinate to assess and determine competencies and propose appropriate competencies and skills training programs to improve employee competencies according to job requirements.
Trains Production Managers, Farm Managers, together with Functional farming to improve their skills and competency levels to the desired levels.
Incorporates proactive interaction with Heath Assurance, Logistics, Feed, Maintenance, Human Resources, Value Added, Environmental, Internal Control and other functional departments
Bachelor's veterinary, husbandry, animal health or related field
At least 5 years of experience in Production Management, Training positions in Swine Production industry
Profound knowledge of Biosecurity, Farm Management, Herd Health in Swine Production
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ability to use English proficiently
Ability to travel and work at Swine Farms in Northern & Southern Regions
