The role

Reporting to the HCM Director, you lead the Talent Acquisition team and are accountable for hiring results at every level — operators, staff and managers. You set the strategy and standards and deliver through your team; you are not the person doing day-to-day sourcing.

What you will do

• Develop and lead operator sourcing strategies, recruitment channels, and key partnerships.
• Lead selection processes for staff and management positions.
• Lead and strengthen TAL’s employer brand across recruitment platforms, social media, job boards, and factory communication channels.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, including fill rate, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance, and probation pass rate.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team to achieve recruitment objectives.

What you bring

• 5+ years in recruitment/talent acquisition, including 2+ years managing a recruitment team
• Must have: recruitment experience in a manufacturing company with 3,000+ employees
• Hands-on background in both mass operator hiring and staff/management hiring
• Good command of English — able to interview in English and work with Group and expatriate managers
• Solid knowledge of the Vietnam Labour Code and the northern labour market
