Location: YCH Đồng An, Thuận An, Bình Dương (gần trạm thu phí cầu ông Bố)

• Assist to develop and maintain relationships with key customers and ensures a comprehensive understanding of their business needs.
• Analyze and take appropriate action on the service performance achieved by the company for defined customers.
• Implement of service solutions, including coordinating action required outside of the country, for defined customers.
• Prepare statement of accounts to bill clients (revenue) and double check statements of accounts from subcontractors for the services used (cost).
• Monitor subcontractors to achieve the service standards.
• Assist to work with Vendor Management Team to ensure truck availability and other transportation KPIs.
• Work with operations team for solutions to achieve transportation service.
• Work with operations team on goods availability and dispatch schedule.
• Monitor our performances in front of the clients and subcontractors' performance on the services provided to us.
• Review service performances with clients and subcontractors.
• Develop a high performance service culture. Plan, organize and direct efficiently and effectively transportation services.
• Be responsible for preparing budgets and developing safety procedures, as well as making sure that shipping documents are properly prepared
• Perform other job related duties as and when requested by superior.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Over 5 years experience at Manager level in the transportation field at a logistics company
• University graduate, major in Industrial Management, Business Administration, Logistics.
• Comprehensive understanding of logistics concepts, especially of FMCG, Home appliances;
• Good analytic, problem-solving, making a decision, presentation and coaching skills;
• Dynamic, open-minded & communicative person;
• Ability to work well with transport vendors;
• Ability to work under high pressure, independently and teamwork spirit;
• Ability to communicate in both verbal & written English, compulsory IT skills in Windows, Excel, Word, Powerpoint;;;;
