Serves as a crucial point of contact for P&T and company executives, guaranteeing efficient communication and HR program execution.
Work together with company executives to comprehend their goals.
Talent acquisition:
- Involves overseeing the entire hiring process, which includes posting jobs, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Create and preserve connections with colleges, hiring organizations, and other talent sources.
- Work together with hiring managers to determine staffing requirements and make sure that open positions are filled on schedule.
Performance Management:
- Establish and supervise the entire process of performance management, which include goal-setting and performance reviews.
- Coach and assist managers and staff in resolving performance-related concerns.
- Create and carry out plans for performance improvement as necessary.
Learning and Development:
- Determine the need for training and organize initiatives for that purpose.
- Lead training sessions or, if needed, arrange for other trainers.
- Encourage staff career development programs
Payroll:
- Compiling and timely processing of all monthly deviations; -
- Compiling the payroll each month;
- Reporting metrics and variations in headcount each month.
- Handle all paid time off in compliance with the law.
- Management of absences (holidays and sick leave).
- Finish all of the internal policy administration duties.
Compliance:
- Remain up to date on modifications to labor laws and rules.
- Verify that HR procedures and policies abide by regional legislation.
- Consult legal advice as necessary.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum of five years' experience in comparable roles and settings, ideally from multinational or industrial enterprises.
- University of Law, Psychology, or any other Social Background
- Comfort working with people of different nations and cultures
- Fluent in English
- Location: Nhon Trach, Dong Nai (Company offers shuttle bus)
